Cancellation and changes can be made as follows:

* for reservations over the New Year period - if the new details or cancellation are received by our Reservations Department no later than 10th Dec
* for reservations during the High Season - if the new details or cancellation are received by our Reservations Department at least 10 days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival
* for reservations during Middle and Low Season - if the new details or cancellation are received by our Reservations Department at least 5 days prior to check-in time on the day of arrival
* in case of a late cancellation after the above mentioned terms a penalty amounting to the first 2 nights of the reservation is due
* in case of no-show the prepaid amount is not refundable
